The Service provides mathematical models and data analysis for options trading. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All calculations are based on user inputs and theoretical models (such as Black-Scholes). Actual market results may vary significantly. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access the add-on.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OptionsWhatIf and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OPTIONSWHATIF, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
